Hey guys let me give a few tips that worked in the past at Harvard Business School:
1-Focus on the GMAT first. Get a good Gmat (hopefully it'll be above average, if not it's not the end of the world)Study, prepare, get the results and then start thinking about everything else.
2-In the essays use leadership examples. If you think hard enough you will find some in your background
3- In the interview just relax (if you got that far you are almost in). Be a nice energetic person. Charisma counts.
4- Read at least one book on "How to get in..." type of thing. It helps.
5- Be ready to have fun, 'cause the experience is just unbelivable...... and yes, Harvard is Harvard.
